TIDES
AS WE ALL KNOW THAT TIDES ARE THE RISE AND FALL IN OCEAN WATER BUT WE FEW KNOW THAT THIS HAPPENS DUE TO MOON BUT IN THESE "FEW" ONLY SOME FEW KNOWS THE EXACT SCIENTIFIC ARRANGEMENT OF GOD BEHIND THIS PHENOMENON.
Q. WHAT CAUSE TIDES ?
MOON: YES IT IS MOON WHICH CAUSE THESE TIDES.
Q. HOW MANY TYPES OF TIDES ARE ?
MAIN TYPES OF TIDES ARE:
1. SPRING TIDES: SPRING TIDES ARE THE STRONG TIDES . THEY OCCUR WHEN THE EARTH, THE MOON AND THE SUN ARE IN STRAIGHT LINE. THE GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF MOON AND SUN TO THE EARTH CREATES THESE TIDES .
SPRING TIDES DOESN'T MEAN THAT THESE TYPES OF TIDES COMES IN SPRING . THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SEASON SPRING ITS ONLY A NAME.
2. PROXIGEAN SPRING TIDE:
PROXIGEAN SPRING TIDES ARE ALSO STRONG AND RARE TIDES THIS HAPPENS WHEN MOON IS AT PERIGEE POSITION.
AS IN DIAGRAM THERE ARE TWO POSITION IN THE ORBIT OF MOONS ( APOGEE AND PERIGEE) APOGEE IS FAR FROM EARTH IN RESPECT TO THE PERIGEE. WHEN MOON IS AT PERIGEE POSITION THEN GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF MOON IS VERY STRONGER DUE TO VERY HIGH TIDE OCCURS AND THAT TYPE OF IS PROXIGEAN HIGH TIDE.
3. NEAP TIDES
NEAP TIDES ARE THE WEAK TIDESOR LOW TIDES .
THESE OCCURS WHEN THE GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF MOON AND THE SUN IS PERPENDICULAR TO EACH OTHER . i.e IN RESPECT TO THE EARTH THE MOON AND THE SUN ARE PERPENDICULAR TO EACH OTHER.
SEE THE ILLUSTRATION REGARDING TO THE TIDES
PLEASE NOTICE HERE WHEN THE MOON AND THE SUN AND THE EARTH COMES IN A STRAIGHT LINE THE SPRING (HIGH TIDE) OCCURS AND WHEN IT IS PERPENDICULAR NEAP TIDES OCCURS.
